1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Monday, February 6, 2006 and minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, February 13, 2006.

UNIFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an application with the Illinois Department of Transportation, Division of Public and Intermodal Transportation for funding for a computerized central dispatching project for the City of Macomb and the McDonough County Public Transportation Program.

2. Consideration to approve the demand response operating hours for the City of Macomb and the McDonough County Public Transportation Program from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 2-433 of the Macomb Municipal Code to increase the telecommunication tax rate.

4. Consideration of an ordinance to amend the Municipal Code to increase the penalties for violations of Section 16-15 Prohibited Noises; 16-31 Resisting, Obstructing and Interfering with a Public Employee; and 16-51 Urinating or Defecating.

5. Consideration of an ordinance to increase the reconnection fee by amending Section 24-3(J) of the Municipal Code.

6. Consideration of an ordinance to establish additional Go-West bus stops in the City of Macomb pursuant to Section 15-222 of the Municipal Code.

7. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Section 2-184 of the Municipal Code to designate the broker-dealers to be used by the City of Macomb for investment purposes.

8. Consideration to renew the depot lease with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company at $1,800.00 per year.

9. Other unfinished business.
