            1.         Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held on Monday, May 1, 2006 and minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, May 8, 2006.

PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION SUBMITTED BY COLDSTEEL, INC., D/B/A/ HALL’S BOOTLEGGERS.

 

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

 

1.       Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit for a Residential use in a B-2 General Business District at 210 South Randolph Street in Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

 

2.       Consideration of an ordinance to amend the personnel manual for the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

 

3.       Consideration to deny the request from the Student Government Association for the installation of a street light at the Wigwam Hollow Road bridge.

 

4.       Consideration for the City of Macomb and the Park District to prepare a request for proposal for an engineering study of Glenwood Pool.

 

5.       Consideration on a 2 ½ % pay increase for permanent part-time City employees.

 

6.       Consideration to delete the longevity scale benefit for newly hired City employees.

 

7.       Consideration of the request from the Macomb Police Department to seek donations for a K-9 program.

 

8.       Consideration of the Motor Fuel Tax resolution for maintenance of street and highways.

 

9.       Other unfinished business.

 

NEW BUSINESS

 

1.          Consideration to accept a letter of resignation from Water Treatment Plant Operator Edward Horn.

3.          Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class A plus EH liquor license for COLDSTEEL, INC., D/B/A HALL’S Bootleggers.

 

4.          Consideration to authorize advertisement for a Water Treatment Plant Operator in Training and a Records Clerk in the Macomb Police Department.

 

5.          Consideration to cancel the Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 30, 2006.
