1.   Consideration of an ordinance to amend the liquor code of the City of Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois (New Years Eve.)

2.   Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit for a large scale commercial development in a B-2 General Business District at 2901 East Jackson in Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

3.   Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit for a doctors office in an R-4 Multiple Family Residential District at 437 East Grant Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

4.   Consideration of a resolution to approve the form and execution of an annexation agreement between the Macomb Park District and the City of Macomb.

5.   Consideration of a resolution to approve the form and execution of an annexation agreement between Robert L. Elliott and Michelle E. Elliott and the City of Macomb.
