1. Consideration of an ordinance approving an amendment to the Macomb/McDonough County Enterprise Zone within the City of Macomb and County of McDonough and abating ad valorem property taxes imposed therein

2. Consideration of an ordinance to amend Sections 17-734, 17-749, 17-764 and the Use Matrix to allow a place of worship as a special use within the various business-zoned districts.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of property located at 317 North McArthur Street and the adjacent vacant lot north of 317 North McArthur Street from M-1 Light Manufacturing District to R-4 Multiple Family Residential District.
