Parking Tickets and Ordinance Violations - Parking tickets and Ordinance Violation tickets may be paid in the Water Department/Business Office at 232 East Jackson Street, Macomb, IL. Yard Waste Stickers - Each and every can, bag or bundle of yard waste must have a Yard Waste sticker attached. These stickers are available at many Macomb retailers, at Waste Management, Inc. and at the Macomb City Business office. The fee from the sticker covers the cost of collection and disposal of yard waste.
