The Tree Board shall advise the city council on any matters pertaining to this orticle and its enforcement. The Tree Board shall be responsible for making recommendation to the city council for all city regulations concerning trees.
The Tree Board shall consist of a minimum of five members who shall all be residents and citizens of the city. All members shall be appointed by the mayor with the consent of the city council. The members of the commission shall serve a three year term.
The Tree Board meets quarterly on the 4th Thursday at 5:15 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers.
